Welcome to Blalock’s Best. My goal is to provide central Louisiana with homemade, artisan quality pretzels and bagels. I offer delivery fresh to your office during the week for breakfast or meeting purposes, and fresh or frozen pretzels to your home on any day after 5:00 pm. Bavarian-style pretzels have a light crispy crust and a soft, chewy interior. They are best experienced as fresh from the oven as possible, which is why I offer delivery service.

My hope is that this grows enough to be able to give back to the community by being able to donate a part each order to help feed anyone hungry who is in need. If you are hungry and need supper for you or your family, please send me an email.
